Elteknik has implemented the works for the electrical substation at the Air Albania Stadium in Tirana in 2019. The new stadium in Tirana was built to serve as a National Arena for the Albanian Football Federation and is a modern stadium according to UEFA standards that includes, beside the sport facilities, some service areas, commercial areas, offices, hotel, underground parking, etc.
