Elteknik has designed the electrical systems for the 40-story multifunctional building Donwtown One in Tirana, Albania.

Downtown One is the tallest building in Tirana and Albania, with 40 floors above ground and 5 floors underground. The building will have commercial premises, offices and residential premises. The building was designed by the international architecture studio MRVDV and DEA Studio, the structural and mechanical project was carried out by the company ARUP and the electrical project was carried out by Elteknik.
