Elteknik has carried out the design and implementation of electrical systems for the Expansion and Reconstruction of QTU – Univers Shopping Center in Tirana, Albania in 2018 and the implementation of electrical systems for the construction of the center in 2003-2006. QTU is the first large commercial center built in Albania with commercial spaces, service areas, parking, etc.
